Purezy Nature Refund Policy

At Purezy Nature, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our dehydrated food products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being refunded:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
